In this issue

Just how the great American designer and architect Charles Eames said “Recognising the need is the primary condition for design.”, I believe recognising great designs is the primary condition for a design publication house. GLITZ architecture & interiors magazine is a modest endeavour to promote, document and recognise the creative efforts that architects and interior designers undertake on a day to day basis, and GLITZ Design Honour is a product of this objective per se.
It was a great pleasure for the whole GLITZ family to host the 6th edition of GLITZ DESIGN HONOUR-2021 for Creative Excellence in architecture and interiors. The national-level competition successfully achieved to recognise and accolade utmost level of creativity, while incorporating innovative and inspiring practices in the field of Indian architecture and interior design.
It was quite encouraging to receive hundreds of entries this year from across the country. A total of 199 entries were presented before the jury for evaluation, out of which 35 entries were nominated as finalists. The top 9 entries bagged the Design Honour Winner Award under each category; you can refer and enjoy the winning projects featured in this special issue. I offer my hearty congratulations to all the winners and thank you to all the participants.
The release of our 8th Anniversary special November 2021 issue, in which we celebrated the golden legacy of Creative Group LLP lead by Prof. Charanjit Singh Shah, was a special highlight of the Design Honour show.
The support and enthusiasm of all of the individuals involved in making the event a huge success is the primary driving force for us in organising our future endeavors.
