Cubity, developed by Darmstadt University of Technology, is the first energy-plus student housing in the world, offering individual living spaces with a footprint of just 16 x 16 metres. Ar. Jay Prakash Keswani designed a vibrant and happening business & shopping center 'Raheja Towers' at Raipur. He has been creating practical designs, thus making his designs more user-friendly, sustainable and complete in all respects. Interior Designer Rubina Chadha, well regarded for elevating spaces she designs, has created a magical space in her signature style, combining classic and modern influences with practical edge. The house is a mix of contemporary and Indian fusion décor style. Sri Polytechnic designed by Ar. Prakash Ch. Pal of Akaar Architects, in a rural area, demonstrates an eco-friendly sustainable built environment in a pollution free serene lush green natural setting.
