Such eye-catching space decorated with striking interior generate an aura of peace and tranquility and the contemporary interior elegance combined with fantastic design creates a symphony of style which has been thoughtfully planned and well appointed in all the projects of these designers featured in this issue. The double heights and courtyards continue to be relevant socially and climatically in our context and taking into account Ar. Rajesh Shivaram from Technoarchitecture, Bangalore, created an inwards looking design with S-VILLA where all the spaces overlook in to the courtyard with a double height. The out-of-the-box and rags-to-riches architect Swapnil Jaggi allowed his creativity and passion to flow freely and thereby has been able to create this wonderful space GULABISTRO in Raipur. Much attention has been given to the simple elements that make up interesting spaces. SUNAR JEWELS, a fine blend of opulence and vintage glamour, has been designed by Adetee Sawhaney of Altus Interio, where the resulting space amalgamates art and beauty with a keen eye towards rich colours, exquisite craftsmanship and intricate detailing. Wisely designed landscape and common lobbies create stress releasing ambiance while entering the building, a coherent design with respect to climatology and site conditions has been created with the project WIND GATES in Kolhapur by Ar. Prashant Kapadi of Vision Associates. This cozy 2BHK apartment in Mumbai designed by Megha Sharma of Sunrich Meraki is a perfect paradigm on how one can develop small spaces and create an impression of a bigger area with a few twists and design elements. Ar. Shreyansh Lunkad and Ar. Sachi Lunia together designed a minimal and contemporary workspace for themselves in Raipur at White Tree Architects' studio following “Less is More” concept in design.
