In this issue

“Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without”, says the Great Buddha. Peace comes when a person is happy from inside i.e. from his soul. Inner soul often remains in a blissful state when a person creates or innovate something. While others may be judgmental about him for what he does, he himself is satisfied with his creation or innovation because it makes him happy. In this issue we have published articles of designers and architects who are characterized by their creativity and innovative ideas.
Interior designer Shravan Khati and In design studio beckon their wonted incantation spell over a bungalow in Ahmedabad to create charismatic sight appealing spaces and a style quotient to rule through their use of textures and color with function firmly in sight.
The VVIP circuit house in Pune has been designed by Ar. Sunil Patil following all the passive strategies of planning, fenestration, zoning, etc. The climate, the site & time are the basic parameters of design for this project leading to the vernacular architectural style.
Compact spaces need to be designed tactfully and this 1BHK apartment designed by Ar. Aditi Vora Nair of AVN Interiors, into a luxury suite with a multipurpose living area converts itself into a relaxing, dining and entertainment space.
To spend evenings and nights close to natural elements after the day spent in city's plastic life is a bliss and Interior designer Ankush Aggarwal of Ansa Interiors created this elegant luxury space that provides style with comfort and calm to the mind and body.
By adding a creative element to attract lots of customers and provide them with a welcoming gesture Ar Shivam Bagdia of SBA designed The Waffle Boss Co café in Nagpur to portray a premium look which could be easily seen by the passers-by.
Architecture as a social testimony in a show titled ‘Ground Zero: Site as Witness/Architecture as Evidence’ by Sahil Naik at Gallery Experimenter, Kolkata, has been reviewed brilliantly by Soma Bhowmik.
