The Hoan House is one of the latest variations of the serial house project called 'house for trees' designed by Ar. Vo Trong Nghia, a creative genius, a leader in Vietnamese Architecture. It is more like an infrastructure or a pocket park open to the neighbors. Gently sloped, the roof-landscape is visually connected to the surrounded mountains. The Weekend Home at Dumas has been designed by the Architect trio of Neogenesis+Studio261 from Surat, with this basic intention of providing a space where one feels closely connected to oneself and the basic elements of life, the built mass is shaped in a way that it remains a part of the whole and gels the boundary between the open and the close environments. The “less is more” aspect of designing that is achieving better design through simplicity has been executed by young and very talented designer duo of Azure Interiors, Ruchi Gehani & Rashi Bothra, from Raipur. The ambience of décor is distinctively different. The settings are magnificent and soothing, filled with comfort & privacy. Bringing his sensibility coupled with architectural skill into the site of the proposed plan for 'The Tibet Valley' Tourist Centre at Jeerango, Chanragiri, Gajapati, Odisha, Ar. Amarjeet Mohanty has created a landscape where design vocabulary speaks eloquently and the result is simply amazing. As usual the well-known Architect K. Srinivas Subudhy of Avakaz Architect, has again surpassed his own potential of designing a family home by creating a living space of today while retaining the functionality at its best at Bhubaneswar. Prof. S.N. Misra, Dean, School of Management KIIT University, has done an honest review of the book 'ODISHA: an architectural odyssey' by Prof. Ar. S.S. Ray & Prof. Kajri Misra, in his review article a delectable tale of Odisha's Architectural Journey.
