As we bid farewell to 2015 and welcome New Year 2016, let’s pledge to bring some happiness in each other’s lives. Th is month will bring the ‘Change a Pet’s Life Day’, and we all can do that by adopting a stray animal. Provide some food, shelter, clothing, or even water to animals, and I am sure you will feel content. Th ese small things will bring a lot of change in a pet’s life.
This New Year, let’s celebrate the spirit of humanity. I wish to share an incident when a passerby saw a stray female dog in a dying stage. She was brought to the hospital and it was named Angel by the caregivers. She was treated there and got a new life. Angel is a healthy furry baby now with a new home.
The edition focuses on latest trends in the pet industry in India, and pet
photography is one of them. For the Cover Story, Creature Companion talked to pet photographers across India. Photography sounds like an interesting career option, but pet photography is not easy. When capturing the best shot of a pet, one has to have a lot of patience.
