In this issue Kalachuvadu is having two special sections. One is dedicated to Sundara Ramasamy, also known as Sura , the most eminent contemporary literary personality and founder of Kalachuvadu magazine. Notes from his diaries, letters he had sent to his reader Mohammed Ali, one of hia uncollected short story, aricles aon his poetry and fiction by Yuvan Chandra sekar and A K Perumal and Nagaratinam Krishana are the main features in this sections. To add value a short story wriiten in English by Sura' s daughter Tahila Ramanujam, translated by A Muthulaingam a well known writer from Canada
appeares in this issue.
The other section is about the discussion about the ongoing agitation against Neet in Tamilnadu. Educationsit Dr Vasanthi Devi analysis the problem in elaborate and in depth way while Stalin Rajangam and T Paramaswari seek the root cause of the issue.

The editorial is on the murder of democracy and freedom of expression in the wake of the annihilation of writer and editor Gauri Lankesh by hooligans. Ar regular this issue presents the Tamil version of EPW editorials.
