The issue has two Special Sections:

2. The tragic story of Gaza: This section looks deep into the tragedies of the Palestinian people. It contains articles and poems on the issue.

The main story is about the roar on Hijab which is analysed by Sharmila Seyyid and Kalanthai Peer Mohammed in their poignant articles. To commemorate the rare occasion of the pioneer in feminist writing  winning the award kalachuvadu publishes  two articles on Ambai's life and work respectively by J Sudarvizhi and Sharmila Seyyid. Four writers belong to different generations contribute stories for this issue, They are Vannanilavan, Perumal murugan, A S Kandarajah and M Kulasekaran. Y Manikandan in his research article on Bharati finds the truth behind the argument that Bharati did not speak about Jallianwala bagh massacre held in the British regime. Kalachuvadu in its editorial and review elaborately discusses the contemporary relevance of this movie. K Thirunavukkarasu writes on the end of the kisan struggle which lasted almost an year. S R Krishanamurthy introduces the mann booker award winner of the year. P Sahadevan on Feminism , Stalin Rajangam on Dalit reforms through Vaishnav sect, Abhilash on fiction and time, Sukirtharani on Safety and security of girl children and C Mohan on artist M Natesh's works are there among contributions.
