As the 2015/16 season begins to gather momentum it’s been a really busy month for Everton, both on and off the pitch.

Obviously the highlights included a terrific win against Chelsea, a remarkable comeback against West Brom, the launch of the Everton Free School and the first few episodes of the Everton television show.

All of that activity is captured in the October magazine. This month’s issue really gets under the skin of Everton Football Club.

Roberto reflects on the Chelsea victory and the Merseyside derby – adding that the rules regarding the transfer window have to change for the good of the game.

The main featured player this month is captain Phil Jagielka, who has been the model of consistency this season, carrying on very much from where he left off last season – but try getting him to praise himself!

And try getting the players to settle down and face the camera for the annual team photograph. It’s a day that can be as chaotic as it is good fun and Everton magazine was at Goodison to capture all the behind-the-scenes antics!

Add Bob Latchford, Arouna Kone, actor Chris Mason, boxer Tony Bellew and a whole lot more and it makes for another royal blue cocktail that we hope you enjoy...
