Peter Seymour-Howell completes the Cartazzi axle assembly for his 5 inch gauge finely detailed Flying Scotsman. Mike Joseph explains that his collection of tools is more than just a set of things whose function is merely to make other things. Luker offers a few short cuts in the business of adding details to model steam locomotives. John Arrowsmith reports from this year’s Sweet Pea Rally, held at the Hereford club’s Broomy Hill track.
