Welcome to issue 123 of The GameOn Magazine!
Whether there’s snow outside or not, and you love
the music on the radio or hate it, you can’t deny that
it’s feeling a lot like Christmas. You know, because
it’s literally days away as this reaches your electronic
device. We hope you have a good one!
But while you’re here, check out our articles! Adam
tells us why we should play the re-released Digimon
Story games, while Anna goes a bit darker by telling us
what’s changed between PC and console for Dead by
Daylight. We also have a bunch of the latest hardware
reviews from several people, so make sure to check
those out and try to bag some deals in the coming
sales.
We have three previews this month, one from Ben
about submerging himself in Flotsam, and one from
me dungeon crawling in Noita. Both have since had
a number of updates from busy developers, so keep
an eye on them! The third one was played at Bandai
Namco’s offices - Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Keep an eye
out for the adverts for that on Boxing Day.
Finally, our reviews are as varied as they are numerous!
Richard shot out reviews for both the single and
multiplayer portions of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare,
as well as feeling the heat in Need for Speed: Heat. I’ll
move swiftly along so you don’t notice that I used the
same word twice, as Gary got into a bit of a Wreckfest,
and Simon turned on the subtitles for Shenmue III.
Andrew awoke The Beast Inside, Adam put on the
wetsuit to be a Dusk Diver and James visited The Outer
Worlds.
There’s more, of course, so just get to reading and I’ll
see you next year!
