Welcome to issue 122 of The GameOn Magazine! The
weather may be growing cold outside, but we’re staying
toasty thanks to the warmth of our GPUs. Thankfully
there are plenty of new releases to keep them running!
Just don’t ask to see the electricity bill…
Our articles this month include Gary’s final part of
ranking the Switch’s SNES games, Jamie rocking on
about Brütal Legend and Harry giving us a history
lesson. There are a handful of others, but my favourite
one is the one I wrote, talking about my experience at
a press event. I was there to see Sniper Ghost Warrior
Contracts, and wound up shooting six people.
Speaking of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts, our
previews include one about that - as the review code
hadn’t come in before we went to press. You can also
read about A Fold Apart and Foregone, from Richard
who wanted to take a look before they get a full release
date.
Finally, our reviews which number 20, and range from
AAA to the indiest of indies. Ben dug the Manifold
Garden, Richard told Police Stories and Chris joined
the Earth Defence Force: Iron Rain. Meanwhile Joshua
became a Rebel Galaxy Outlaw, Adam crowned the
Monkey King: Hero Is Back and Francis was Indivisible
by zero. Simon was also a busy bee, reviewing both
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Destiny 2:
Shadowkeep.
