In this issue

Welcome to the April issue of The GameOn Magazine!
We’ve only just finished the Valentine’s Day chocolate,
and Easter is upon us! But nevermind that, we’ve had a
bumper issue to prepare, and prepare we have!
Amongst our articles this month are Simon getting a
hold on his F.E.A.R., James M. seeing how Battlefield 1 is
doing, and Nathan telling us which horror game baddies
had the biggest impression on him. There’s also the first
part of a ranking of the Final Fantasy titles, and the inprogress
review of Monster Hunter: World. There are
more, but if I told you about them, I wouldn’t have space
to talk about our interviews!
That’s right, plural interviews. We spoke with the
composer for Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, Ryan
Ike, as well as the sole developer of Gleaner Heights,
Emilios Manolidis. Our reviews for both games should be
in our next issue, since we conducted these interviews
before the games were out, and they’re both good ones!
As for previews this month, Kayla went to Warhammer:
Vermintide 2 (ahead of next issue’s review), and also
took a look at MetaMorph: Dungeon Creatures. Nikholai
raided the fruit bowl for All-Star Fruit Racing, and we’ve
got a few others, too.
Finally, on to our reviews which include Olly looking into
the Black Mirror, Billy getting Ripped Pants At Work, and
Steven petting the Dig Dog. Alex fought alongside the
Dynasty Warriors 9, while Josh read the Nine Parchments,
and Blake kicked the UFC 3.
