Ein kleines Ziepen hier, ein großes Ruckeln da – Entrepreneurship ist wie eine große Reise ins Unbekannte, eine Achterbahnfahrt, von der wir Gründerinnen aber dennoch nicht genug bekommen können, auch wenn es manchmal richtig holperig werden kann.  Corona hat uns mal wieder in unsere Schranken gewiesen, ob wir es wollen oder nicht. Der weltweite Shut-Down hat weder vor StartUps halt gemacht, noch vor großen Konzernen. Fakt ist: Viele unter uns mussten sich wieder Neuerfinden, Gewohntes über Board schmeissen und kreativ werden. Herausforderungen wie diese, sind die Prüfungen, die unsere Hingabe und Disziplin so richtig auf die Probe stellen. Wie sehr wollen wir es wirklich und wie sehr sind wir gewillt  für unsere Berufung zu kämpfen? Wie schnell können wir uns dem Markt mit Kurskorrekturen beugen? Sema Gedik, ist eine der Gründerinnen, die mir beim ersten Blick gleich ins Auge gestochen ist. Eine junge Frau, die sich schon lange vor Corona für eine Minderheit einsetzt und damit den internationalen Fashionmarkt revolutioniert. Sema designt Mode für kleinwüchsige. Als sie startete, gab es international noch kein Fashion- Label, das sich mit Mode für kleinwüchsige Menschen auseinandergesetzt hatte. Es gab nicht einmal eine Konfektionsgrößentabelle oder Schnittkonstruktionen! Sie widmete sich somit nicht nur einer Marktlücke, sondern auch einer sehr innovativen Ausrichtung.
