Hospitality (the folks behind The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, and Bombay Sweet Shop) rekindles our love for the fascinating suburb and pays homage to the ancient art of cramming our favourite ingredients between two slices of bread. The sandwich shop on Veronica Road, which gives it its name, has a striking presence, thanks to the stunning mural that adorns the front facade.
