Volumize thin, deflated lips with a peppermint lip gloss
Swiping peppermint oil onto lips increases blood flow to the area, temporarily swelling lips. Plus, the oil’s vitamins A and C work together to boost collagen production so lips look fuller long-term too!
■ TRY IT! Add 4 drops of peppermint oil to a tube of lip gloss; mix to combine. Apply onto lips and let absorb.
Banish belly bloat with a peppermint wrap
Compounds in mint absorb into belly skin and increase circulation to push out excess fluids and toxins that make the area look puffy. Adding in olive oil (its amino acids tighten skin) speeds results.
■ TRY IT! Mix 1 Tbs. of chopped mint leaves and 1⁄4 cup of olive oil. Rub onto stomach; wrap loosely with plastic wrap. After 15 minutes, remove wrap and rinse.
