Vicks VapoRub tames toenail fungus

The mentholated jelly's thymol, menthol, camphor and eucalyptus oil don't just ease congestion. When applied to toenails with fungus, they zap spores that cause thick, yellowed nails. In a U.S. Army study, 83% of people who treated their toenail fungus with Vicks VapoRub at least once daily significantly reduced the severity of their infection. Bonus: It could save more than $800 compared to prescription drug treatments.
