Lisa Wilkinson’s colleagues have sensationally turned their backs on her after her controversial Logies acceptance speech sparked a major furore.

Lisa, 62, hailed former political staffer Brittany Higgins for speaking out on her alleged rape in an office in Parliament House in 2019, as she accepted the Logie for her coverage on the story. As a result, Brittany’s accused attacker Bruce Lehrmann was granted a temporary stay in the ACT Supreme Court on Monday after his lawyer said a jury trial was now “untenable”.

“Hey Lisa, pull your head in. I know this might be difficult because it is a very big head. But please try,” former Ten weatherman Tim Bailey, 59, blasted on Twitter. He also drew attention to the rumoured spat that broke in 2020, where Lisa was accused of stealing Sandra Sully’s car space at the Ten studios.
