YOGA To tone up
Thought yoga couldn't whip you into shape? Think again. Even a sun salutation can tighten and tone your body in just four weeks. You'll probably feel more peaceful by the end, so it's great for reducing stress levels too. Vinyasa, Yogasana or Rocket yoga will get your heart rate up, burning more calories, while gentler forms (such as Yin and Hatha) aid flexibility. Search for 'Yoga With Adriene' on YouTube for yoga videos for beginners, or try local classes in your area.
