WAKE UP... If I'm shooting, wake up time could be any time from 3.30am. Anything with a three in it is pretty brutal, but luckily I'm a morning person, so I usually shake off the sleepies pretty fast - that helps in my line of work! When I'm not shooting, I usually get up around six or seven and chant. I practice SGI Nichiren Buddhism, so I have a chanting practice that I start every day with. It's the best thing I've ever done for my mental health as it grounds me and puts me in the best possible frame of mind for the day ahead.
