What are the key factors driving outbound travel from India?
Well, it is really interesting because travel and tourism is set to grow in India quite significantly. Currently, it represents about 7 pc of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or the economy of India. We will be seeing that over the next few years grow to 10 pc. Now, these are the people who are inbound visitors into India and the value of inbound visitors is that they effectively are an export, they bring in foreign currency. So, it is really important, but the outbound sector is also really critical because we are seeing so many Indians travelling around the world and acting, if you like, as ambassadors.
