PRODUCTS OF THE YEAR

LAPTOP OF THE YEAR

WINNER HONOR MAGICBOOK ART 14 (2025)
HIGHLY COMMENDED LENOVO YOGA SLIM 7X

We're used to laptops being powerful, gorgeous and slim these days, but that often means a price to match. While the official price of the MagicBook Art is £1,500, by claiming a point-of-sale voucher the price drops to £1,100 – and although we can't guarantee that voucher will stay forever, while it does this sub-1kg laptop is simply a bargain. “I've been using it for six weeks now,” said editor-in-chief Tim Danton, “and I'm consistently impressed by its power and the quality and sharpness of the AMOLED panel with its ridiculous 3,120 x 2,080 pixels.” Runners-up place goes to the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x, a similarly priced ultra-slim laptop that's based on a Snapdragon X Elite chip. Gaming aside, it's a blistering performer and its battery life is simply astonishing.

WINNER CYBERPOWERPC ULTRA 3D5090
HIGHLY COMMENDED SCAN 3XS EDGE ICUE

“I've seen a number of glamorous PC designs this year,” said editor-in-chief Tim Danton, “but when it comes down to it most people's priority is all-round speed, cutting-edge components and build quality. That's exactly what CyberPowerPC delivers with the Ultra 3D5090, which cost £4,000 but will deliver the goods for years to come.” Want to save a little cash while still enjoying 4K games in all their glory? Then consider our runner-up, the £2,800 Scan 3XS Edge iCue, with its Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5080 combo earning a five-star review.
