|February 2025
Akshay Kumar needs no introduction. A superstar whose charisma transcends the silver screen, blending action, humour, and heart like no other.
Known for his discipline and fitness-first lifestyle, Akshay embodies a unique synergy of old-school grit and modern adaptability, making him a perfect fit for our tech-meets-lifestyle ethos. As he graces our magazine for the second time, we go deeper into his world, where technology shapes his routines, and innovation fuels his projects. Get ready to explore Akshay's thoughts on balancing tradition with progress, his evolving relationship with tech, and much more.
Ramesh Somani: As you return to the cover of Exhibit Magazine for the second time, how has your perspective on technology shifted, and how does it shape your daily life now, with it comes to fitness, health, and personal organisation?
Akshay Kumar: Technology is an inseparable part of our lives today, and there’s no escaping its influence, whether in our films, fitness routines or personal lives. It’s incredible how it simplifies many aspects of life, from tracking fitness goals to staying connected with loved ones. However, as much as I enjoy playing online Ludo with friends/colleagues on set in between shots, I'd always choose a real game of volleyball or a physical workout session over any virtual activity. There’s something about the adrenaline in real-life sports that technology can never replicate. It’s all about striking the right balance, using tech to enhance our lives, but not letting it take over entirely.
RS: What do you think makes POCO stand out in the crowded smartphone market, especially with its focus on performance and affordability?
