Freeman: We must rule skies in Dublin

TOMMY Freeman has urged England to rule the Dublin skies next weekend against and get their Ireland Six Nations campaign off to a flyer.
The winger is expecting another aerial bombardment in their tournament opener on Saturday at the Aviva, where they have not won since 2019.
That 32-20 win sparked a run to the World Cup final later that year in Japan and England are desperate for a victory after their run of hitting the post in 2024.
Freddie Steward is favourite to fill one of the back three spots, either on the wing or at fullback, to defuse the high stuff, Marcus Smith is in the conversation and Northampton's Freeman looks nailed down as a starter on one flank.
Whoever the Irish play at 10 with Sam Prendergast the man in possession England will be challenged in the air and Freeman insists it is vital they land the first blow.
And Steve Borthwick's side still have last year's dramatic 23-22 win over the Irish fresh in their memories to take with them to Dublin.
