TITLE chasers Barnet and Oldham Athletic fought out a goalless draw at the Hive with the Bees boss Dean Brennan shown a red card by referee Stuart Morland after the final whistle when he questioned some of the officiating.

BEES HELD AT HOME BY LATICS

Anthony Hartigan went closest, hitting the crossbar for the Bees seven minutes from time but, ultimately, it was the first time this season they had failed to claim all three points at home.

Both sides had periods when they were on top but bad luck, poor finishing or inspired goalkeeping ensured that the game remained scoreless.

Barnet created enough opportunities to claim all three points, hitting the w o o d w o r k twice, but were guilty of failing to convert openings that their neat play had created.

B r e n n a n exclaimed: “I thought we had enough chances to win two games, clear, gilt- edged chances.

“Two good sides, with different styles. But we carved them open several times. We missed some great chances.”
