Three's a crowd? Not for hunting dinosaurs

While we have some fond memories of Turok's adventures, we haven't exactly been clamouring for a reboot. But perhaps the series has more cultural cachet than we realised. Is Turok: Origins tapping into a submerged vein of popularity? “No, I don’t think so,” Origins director Jesús Iglesias replies. There is a certain nostalgia for the old games, he says, but the aim here is to recreate the world of Turok for the uninitiated. “We need something that appeals to new generations that don’t really need to know about Turok.”
