All formats of media whether print, TV or social media in all its configurations are flooded with "lessons learnt" from a war that is ironically still ongoing - the fractious Gaza War. There has been an insidious rush to analyse other ongoing wars too; a prime example being the unending Russo-Ukrainian War. With the Sino-Indian "stand-off not amounting to war" in High Himalayas in Tibet having just ended after four years by mutual agreement to resume patrolling in otherwise prohibited areas along the line of Actual Control (LAC), one assumes that its lessons too have lost the urgency they had just scant days before.
