Who does Geoffrey Cox MP serve? It seems it is not his constituents or even the UK public in general.

The High Court ruled in September 2024 that the Government had acted unlawfully in approving the Cumbria coal mine. Great.
However, Mr Cox is now leading legal action against our Government for acting on the High Court ruling!
This action by Mr Cox (MP for Torridge and West Devon, a barrister and former Attorney General) could cost UK taxpayers millions.
