A man who was caught checking 'his private parts' in Wakefield city centre was only confirming “it hadn't fallen off”, a court heard.

Paul Jones, 48, was sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on Tuesday over a charge of an outraging act of public decency and the breach of a sexual harm prevention order.
