Idlewild take a trip back in time with a self-titled 10th album

Usually a band will name their first album after themselves.

However, Idlewild are not your usual band.

The Edinburgh five-piece waited until the tenth album before making their latest, eponymous long-player, 30 years into a career which began with sitting alongside but very much separate from the Britpop explosion.

However, finally revisiting that first-album-title-that-never-was is the band's way of re-visting their past.
