Manohar Lal expresses sorrow on death of Lt. Narwal, consoles bereaved family

Union Energy, Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal reached Karnal on Thursday and expressed deep sorrow on the death of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, who was avictim of a terrorist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam, Kashmir, and consoled the family.
