From refreshing workouts to smart exercise timings, adapting your routine to the season can make all the difference. &TV artists share their favourite ways to stay fit, cool, and motivated during the peak of summer. These include Vikram Dwivedi (Vishambhar Singh, Bheema), Sapna Sikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Vidisha Srivastava (Anita Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).
Vikram Dwivedi, who plays Vishambhar Singh in Bheema, shares, "For me, summer is not an excuse, it is motivation. I tweak my workouts to early mornings or late evenings to avoid the harsh sun, and I focus on compound body-weight movements like planks, jumping jacks, and burpees to maintain stamina. Hydration is crucial, so I sip on buttermilk, coconut water, and occasionally, a chilled glass of homemade bel sharbat. Staying active, even during shoots, is my top priority."
