“It's clear we're a nation that loves our curry,” says popular TV presenter Anita Rani.

She's reading that line off a script, having been hired to do this programme's voiceover, but that’s not to say she believes it any the less.

The reason this show is able to dish up a huge number of staggering statistics for us to digest (yes, sorry, lazy pun, but it’s a Friday and my brain aches) is pretty much explained by its title. Specifically, that word “biggest”.
