Public get the chance to own a little piece of seaside history

HOSE already missing Coney Beach amusement park after it shut its gates for the final time can now own a piece of the fairground for themselves.

After bringing over a decade of joy to visitors at the Welsh seaside, Coney Beach fair said a grand farewell to locals and tourists alike on October 5 with a huge fireworks display.

Now as the iconic attraction is slowly dismantled, ready for a new development project which could see over 1,000 homes built, there is a chance to own a piece of fairground history as memorabilia is sold off.

Valleys Reclamation, a reclamation yard in Llanbradach, Caerphilly, is a treasure trove where you can find almost anything - and now it’s the only place where you can buy items from Coney Beach.
