From online bullying to social media addiction, it can be hard to navigate through the issues.

Some suggest a total ban on phones in schools is the way forward, an idea that has already been implemented in some quarters with a degree of success.

Another answer might be found in wearable tech smart watches in particular offer many of the advantages of phones with fewer drawbacks.

So this week we're rounding up some of the best options on offer here are five smart watches with features aimed at children.

They say: Don't worry about getting a smartphone too soon. With the Bounce 2 kids smartwatch, you can stay in touch with your child — thanks to two-way calling and text messaging — and even help them stay active.
