Huge boost for Cardiff as Adams signs new contract

The 29-year-old was out of contract this summer, but - in a major boost for the Arms Park side - he has pledged his future to the Blue and Blacks.

The news will be particularly welcome to the club following the events of last week, when the club went into administration and was then taken over by the Welsh Rugby Union.

Adams follows the likes of fellow Wales internationals Ben Thomas, Mason Grady and Cam Winnett in agreeing new deals at the club.

"I'm really happy to sign this new contract with Cardiff," said Adams.
