Consultancy's record results after buy-out

PROJECT management, quantity surveyor and cost consultancy practice has announced record results.

For its financial year to the end of January 2025, Cardiff-based TC Consult, established 19 years ago, grew revenues by 12% to £904,000 - while maintaining a strong Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) margin.

In the past year, the consultancy has expanded its staff from 10 to 14, welcoming two new quantity surveyors, a project manager and an executive assistant, significantly increasing its capability to meet client demands.

The growth follows a shareholder buy-out by Paul Tambini in 2023, achieved with funding from the Development Bank of Wales, which saw him becoming the sole owner of the business.
