Calls for blue badge rules change

SENEDD Members have called for lifelong blue badges for people with permanent conditions, labelling the current renewal system as unfair, stressful and potentially discriminatory.
Carolyn Thomas, Labour Senedd Member for North Wales, said she is concerned about people being forced to reprove their disability every three years.
