Inigo leaves as season ends with a whimper

INIGO Calderon yesterday left his post as the head coach of relegated Bristol Rovers.
The Pirates went down with a whimper on Saturday, losing their final game of the season at Blackpool.
Rovers arrived on the Fylde coast already relegated, but made a bright start to the game and grabbed a rare away lead as Gatlin O'Donkor took advantage of a goalkeeping error.
However, Tom Bloxham equalised before half-time ahead of a complete capitulation in the second half as Rovers shipped three goals.
After the match, Calderon called for a quick resolution to the issue of who would be in the Rovers dugout next season, and his wish has been granted - if not in the way he would probably have preferred.
Calderon was appointed as Matt Taylor's replacement on Boxing Day, joining from Brighton & Hove Albion where he had been manager of the Seagulls' Under-18s.
