Barton has given the boss a headache – Waldouck
Western Daily Press
|November 18, 2025
GEORGE Barton has demonstrated his best rugby to the Gloucester coaching staff during this latest block of Prem Rugby Cup games, according to defence coach Dom Waldouck.
-
Fly-half Barton was at the centre of things as the Cherry & Whites edged out West rivals Bath 19-17 on Friday.
The playmaker pulled the strings in the pouring rain as both sides ran in three tries amid torrid conditions as Storm Claudia came to Kingsholm, but in the end it was the kicking of Barton, right, which sealed the win.
