Lewis and Sheena praise group's approach
A West Lothian couple have shed an incredible 16 stone in a remarkable transformation.
Lewis and Sheena McPhee's incredible transformation - losing a combined 16st 11lb - all started when they joined their local Slimming World group.
Their story is proof of the power of real-life support and community.
Lewis, 33, and Sheena, 31, say walking through the doors of Sue Scorer's East Calder Slimming World group changed everything.
From the moment they joined, they felt understood and supported - and that sense of belonging has been key to their success.
Lewis said: "Before Slimming World, I could hardly walk without pain in my ankle.
"My Achilles problems meant I couldn't play golf or enjoy everyday life.
"Now, after losing 9st 3lb, my Achilles has self-repaired, I'm pain-free, and I'm back on the golf course.
