Age UK's Christmas carols will help lift the spirits

AGE UK Somerset, the local independent charity which supports older people, is holding its Christmas Carol Service at Wells Cathedral on Wednesday, 10th December at 11am -and entry is free.

Sponsored by the Somerset Care Group, the service will feature popular Christmas Carols, traditional readings and a performance by the Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir and promises to boost levels of festive cheer in the surroundings of one of the UK’s most spectacular cathedrals. Donations collected on the day will support Age UK Somerset's vital work, helping the charity to be there for local older people when they have nowhere else to turn.
