'Hangover cure breakfast' is proving to be real hit for café

FOR those who woke up feeling like a tractor hit them, Fordmore Farm Shop has cooked up a cure that's got locals talking and stomachs rumbling.

Its newly-revived 'hangover cure breakfast' is less a morning meal and more a culinary challenge loaded with three of everything, it's the kind of breakfast that could make a full English blush.

Served at the Fordmore Café just outside Cullompton on Honiton Road, the £16.95 plate includes three rashers of bacon, three sausages, three fried eggs, three hash browns, black pudding, garlic mushrooms, a roasted tomato, Fordmore's own recipe beans and toast.

The dish is already proving a hit with everyone from early-rising builders to protein-conscious gym-goers.

Tom Harradine, who co-owns Fordmore Farm with James Percey, explained the inspiration behind the breakfast.
