A sudden rise in disorder at the jail has included factors such as “unmet specialist dietary needs”, an official report reveals. Inmates at consultation meetings following an increase in fights, assaults on staff and bullying stunned prison bosses by demanding the vegan favourite - made from soya bean milk - was put back on the menu.
