Vile rapist 'who attacked 100' could be released

A RAPIST who is thought to have attacked 100 women is making a fresh bid for freedom after 30 years in jail.

Victor Willoughby, 60, was dubbed Britain's “most prolific sex attacker” when he was given five life sentences in 1995.

Parole chiefs have repeatedly ruled he is too dangerous to be released but a new hearing is scheduled for November 11.
