World No.1 Sinner: I want revenge on Carlos after French pain

JANNIK SINNER will seek “revenge” on Carlos Alcaraz for his French Open final defeat today in the latest clash of their “historic rivalry”.

The Spanish star saved three match points against the Italian in Paris last month before winning their five-set epic - and his fifth Major.

And now the top two players in the world, who have shared the last six Grand Slam titles, will meet again on Centre Court this afternoon.

Alcaraz is seeking to become only the fifth player ever to complete a hat-trick of Wimbledon titles.
