"My sleep quality has always been hit or miss - I have weeks where I struggle to switch my mind off - so I was keen to try anything that may help me find the answer to groggy mornings and restless nights.
"First, I gave a smart alarm a go. I was a little worried - what if it woke me at 5am? - but it really is smart. You can set an alarm if you need to for work, but I've found the smart alarm tends to be slightly earlier. It's clever for helping you understand what keeps you awake and disturbs your sleep.
