Prime Minister Modi inaugurates railway lines and infrastructure projects across Mizoram
Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his tour of three Northeastern states with a visit to Mizoram's capital, Aizawl, on Saturday. During his visit, he inaugurated several development projects worth Rs9,000 crore, including the 51.38 km Bairabi-Sairang railway line and three trains, including a direct Rajdhani Express.
PM Modi inaugurated the projects from Lengpui Airport and addressed the public digitally, as heavy rain prevented him from reaching Lamual Ground via helicopter.
