Local shares inched up on Nov 13 despite regional unease over possible protectionist measures from the incoming US administration.
The modest gain of 0.2 per cent or 8.86 points nudged the Straits Times Index (STI) to 3,720.34. Across the broader market, losers beat gainers 315 to 257 on trade of 1.2 billion shares worth $1.2 billion.
