Safety risk Motorcyclists using walkways to bypass carpark gantry

In my residential area, I have noticed that some motorcyclists are gaining access to the HDB carpark illegally, by bypassing the carpark gantry at the entrance.
Instead, they ride on pedestrian pathways around the carpark, and then into the carpark. Such acts pose a safety risk to residents using the pedestrian pathways, especially fragile seniors or young children
